Frequently asked questions
Is the T16 Pro Heat suitable for wooden floors?
It depends on the finish. Sealed wood usually copes with wet cleaning, but check your flooring manufacturer’s guidance on hot water.
Do I need to measure out the cleaning solution?
No. AutoAdapt adjusts the amount of solution automatically based on the dirt its sensors detect.
How long does the battery last?
Runtime is not given in our data. As the battery is removable, a spare can extend cleaning sessions where one is available.
