Frequently asked questions
R20 Pro or R10s Lite?
The R20 Pro offers 200 AW and 90 minutes versus 75 AW and 45 minutes, so it suits larger homes.
Is it good on rugs?
Its brush is multi-surface and 200 AW makes it more comfortable on rugs than an entry-level model.
Will I have to cut hair off by hand?
Usually not: the two TangleCut blades cut hair wrapped around the roller.
